Alexander once said, “You can translate anything, whether physical, mental, or spiritual, into muscular tension.” Emotions are powerful and can be very controlling and hard to stay aware of, especially when you’re the one being wracked by sobs or fighting the urge to punch a wall. How has AT affected your sense of your own emotional state? Have you been able to incorporate the principles into your own emotional control?
