Inhibition is one of the hardest concepts to articulate, and even harder to practice. Ellen defines Inhibition as the act of turning a subconscious reaction into a conscious choice, the split-second taking of the briefest of moments to think consciously about an activity or other habit and make a decision about it before it has a chance to assert itself automatically. What are some examples from your own experience of finding inhibition, and how do you define it for yourself?
