    Hello! I’m Sarah, Ellen’s big sis, and I’ve been taking Alexander lessons from her since she was in college. I’ve got a 2.5-year-old, multiple businesses, and a mile-long list of books to read, but I’m always interested in a little philosophical discussion of the Alexander technique. So, here I am!

    Hey there, this is Renee. I too have a little one, a five-and-a-half-year-old boy named Yuji. I’m married and live in Bloomington-Normal IL with my family. I also have multiple businesses, one of which is my Alexander Technique studio where I see clients. I specialize in helping people with pain of all types. I also study other healing arts such as ortho-bionomy, cranio-sacral, reiki… I’m kind of open to anything. Ellen and I were in training together so we have worked a lot on each other, though it was years ago now. She’s a great teacher!

    I was Ellen’s first student and Alexander Technique became an integral part of my life.
