Alexander refused to refer to ‘the mind’ and ‘the body’ in his books, because no activity in life is completely mental or completely physical. All endeavors incorporate at least a little bit of both aspects, and the self can never really be separated into its mental and physical parts. How does awareness of the interconnectivity of the ‘whole self’ affect your interactions with the world?
